It’s on the edge of sleeves, down the center front and neckline. The lace is super pretty, it reminds me of doilies. Little buttons button into the lace From my research, I’m going to say this is from the 70s based on the style, how the buttons button into the lace and from the tag. No size tag, listing as small and medium based on measurements and fit. I’m 5’6”, 115 lbs here for reference Only “flaws” are a little discolorations on the back and a little snag on front of shirt but nothing noticeable imo!
