White Jeans with Cut Out detail at Waist

White Steve Madden jeans with an interesting cut out detail at the waist. These jeans were made to be worn with a crop top to show off that cool cut out detail...unfortunately I'm a "tuck in your t-shirt" kinda gal so I'm letting these ones go. Never worn except for the photos but small stains/dots on the hem of the pants. Haven't tried to wash it out but will probably be removable. If not, these can always be dyed another color. The cut out side has a belt loop that was never attached which I tucked in for the photos. It can either be removed or fully attached.
