White House Black Market Size 8 Women's Open toe dressy shoes in burgundy with a zipper on the back and a tasseled fringe. Block chunky heel. I believe these are suede. Preowned but in excellent condition with no stains, tears, or damage seen. Minor wear just from storage because they look unworn!
