White House Black Market convertible dress with cropped sweater

This dress can be worn as a strapless dress (with the belt tied around the waist) OR as a halter top dress (with the belt tied around the neck. There are 2 different ways to use the belt. It also comes with a cropped ruffle edge black sweater. Beautiful dress and very comfortable stretchy, light fabric. The dress is a size small and sweater is a medium. Both fit women’s size 6-8.
