White House Black Market blouse Small

Only worn a few times, this blouse is open down the arms with 2 gold beads spaced down each arm. Elasticized at wrist and around neckline. Elegant cream/off white collar with beautiful blue, pink and rose colored floral design. Sheer outer layer over inside layer. It’s just too small for me, so I am selling. The shell is 100% polyester and lining is 97% polyester with 3% spandex.
