This is a long tunic from White House Black Market in Excellent Used Condition. It is made of 95% rayon and 5% Spandex, so is stretchy. It feels like athletic wear. The stripe design looks asymmetrical because of the four tiers, so it has a geometric appearance in the front. There are no tiers on the back of the shirt. The sleeves are 3/4 length.
