This top by White House Black Market is so witchy! It is a pull on style, has a button closure at the back of neck (small keyhole) and ruffle trim at the shoulders and around the hem. Sleeves are a puff style with buttoned cuffs. Top is a semi-sheer black chiffon with embroidered lace applique details at the neck and waist.
