White House Black Market Off The Shoulder Striped Sheath Dress

Great little black/white striped sheath dress. Very stretchy, it conforms to the wearer's body so yes it's much longer on than it appears in the photos. Hem comes to just above the knee, but again, will shift to fit to shape. It's designed to be worn off the shoulder, but the neck can also be worn as a cowl. 3/4 length sleeves, but those will also conform. Size L, and has only been worn a few times so the fabric hasn't stretched. WHBM has since released a different version of this dress, so this one is rare. Lovely twist on the little black dress!
