White House Black Market Halter Dress with Black and White Patterns

Colors are a black background with white embroidered flowers. This is a halter top dress so it ties behind the neck. There’s also a zipper in the back. I didn’t fully zip it up because I didn’t want to risk damaging it on my mannequin. Below the bust line there is white piping for an added bit of definition. Dress is fully lined. The material is a lighter weight and not stretchy. The cups have built-in padding so you don’t need to wear a bra.
