Like new White House Black Market Striped Strapless Bandeau dress XS. Maxi dress converts to a maxi skirt with just a flip of the bandeau top. Side ruching on bandeau top is adjustable with drawstring ribbons. Flip the top down and you have a maxi pencil skirt. Stretchy knit fabric features stripes of white, cream and fuchsia on a black background. 11" slit on either side of bottom hem for ease of movement. Perfect for a casual day out or travel! Fabric content/care tag was removed. Research states 95% rayon/5% spandex. Machine wash cold, gentle. Lay flat to dry. Fabric does have a good deal of stretch.
