WHBM Size 4 More Casual or Sporty Skirt. It is a little heavier fabric with a soft mesh down both sides. Is lined and has double stitched seams on front and back. Hidden zipper on back. About 3 inch rounded slits on both sides of hem. Belted on sides of waist with small buttons for looks. Skirt is in great lightly used condition and has stretch except the Waist band.. Flat measurements: waist 15 inches, hips 19, length 19. It is black but I had to go B&w in order to make it visible for photos

poshyeno Are the belts on the side functional to tighten the waist? Looks like the clips on the hanger hold the excess flaps onto the waist, but would they hang out to the sides otherwise?
