White House Black Market Burgundy Colored 3/4 Flutter Sleeve Dress

WHBM dress in a burgundy color. Round neckline, 3/4 length flutter sleeves, small slit on front left. Has exposed silver tone back zipper. Fully Lined. I purchased at the WHBM store and never wore it. FLAT measurements: armpit to armpit approx 16 1/2 ", sleeves approx 16 3/4 " long, overall length is approx 39 " long from top of shoulder seam. Dress is 54% rayon, 39% nylon, 7% spandex. Upper lining is 100% polyester, bottom lining is 75% nylon, 25% spandex.
