White House Black Market Black and White Striped Sweater

Top is a white background with black stripes and a large black band at the bottom. It almost looks like a tank top with a cardigan over the top because it has a strip of black with a row of faux buttons that goes all the way around even on the edges of the back of the collar. The sleeves are rolled and sewn in place. They also have two of the little button accents. Material is soft and stretchy. Measurements are included.
