White House Black Market Black Blouse

A pretty black blouse with a pleated front and back yoke. It has a slightly loose fit. Floucey pleated cuffs give this blouse a beautiful feminine look. (See photos). Size 0 EUC. No holes, rips, stains, or snags. It has never been worn except for try on. Non-smoking environment. Note: This blouse is a solid dark black. Not grey.
