White Eyelet Boatneck Off Shoulder Balloon Sleeve Crop Top

This top is new without tags. Lovely eyelet crop top with 3/4 balloon sleeves. Neckline, sleeves and waist are gathered with elastic. Could be worn on or off the shoulders. Eyelets are see-through as the top is not lined. Fabric is 100% Cotton and breathable doe to the eyelets. It does not have stretch other than where gathered by elastic. Measurements are: Neckline to waist is 10" Pit to pit is 15" (straight across) Sleeve lenght is 16" Waist is 12" (straight across) - will stretch to 20"
