White Express cut out waist maxi dress size small

Dress features a cutout stretch waist and plunging neckline. Is a perfect dress for bridal shower, bachelorette or even beach wedding photos. Its size small but could fit medium as I was a size 8 at the time. Worn once as shown in pictures for my bridal shower. has one tiny spot discoloration that I could see, not very noticeable.
