White Dressy Top

Gorgeous white/off-white sleeveless dressy top with unique gathering design at the bottom. I only tried it on but never wore it. Previous owner May have worn it once. Not sure. Still looks great! Last pic shows it tucked into a skirt. **Skirt will be listed separately.
