This super cute white cocktail dress has an empire waist, black velvet floral pattern and a black tie at the back as well as wide thin fabric spaghetti straps. It is a size 1X and is really cute on. It does have some wear on the velvet at the underarms and back as shown, as well as a small pull as is shown. It is from a smoke free and pet friendly home. lisamom5 Bust and waist measurements and does this have stretch? Thanks

tabethamarie17 @lisamom5 it does have a little bit of stretch to it, the bust is about 19” and the waist area is about 25”. There isn’t really a defined waist since it is more of an empire style so the ‘waist’ is the same as the bust which makes it a little harder to give an exact measurement unfortunately. I currently am a 42ddd and wear an xl/xxl typically and it still fits me with the exception of being slightly tight across the bust.

tabethamarie17 @lisamom5 You are very welcome, and roughly yes. I had to guess at about where it would hit the waist and measured the underskirt with it laying flat. The outer layer gives it a very flowy look when on due to it being bigger than the underskirt.
