White Blouse with key hole open in back

This is a white blouse with a key hole back and there is a tie on the neckline for a loser or tighter fit! It is from a local boutique it is a size 10 but it is a loser fit! it is super faltering and could look great with a pair of jeans! There are no tags but it has NEVER been worn!
