thelanternlight @mallen101 Hi Mary, actually they do go to the ankle inseam 27” and rise almost 12”. They have belt loops and a comfortably wide waist band with elastic inside, and they zip and hook closed. Let me know if you have more ???. I’m getting these items posted all at once and don’t alway take time for measurements but it’s a must. Posh Love.
