White Altar Dress (Handmade in Portland, Oregon)

TBH this dress is too wrinkly and has a stain on it that I have never tried to remove but I could probably get it out if I tried only for like 1 minute :') Awesome shop though, Altar, located in Portland Oregon, who supports individual artists and make all of their clothes in the US. I have a ton of their other stuff, but this dress is not working for me. It may likely work for you, though :')
