White Super cute Fashion Nova ruffle bottom and top cropped. Because this is plus size the top is not as short as the model. I have this in 2x Black and I'm a size 16, I purchased the 1X to see if it would be too tight and it was as they didn't have 2x size. If you wear 14/16 and curvy this works well. I'm more of a 16/18 and the 2X Black works great for me.
