In Gold lettering the bells says "There is not joy as welcomed as a newborn child." There is a very pretty small yellow rose. Approximate Size 4" Tall X 2.5" In Beautiful Condition. No Chips or Cracks. Came from smoker's home, has been washed to remove the smell.
