This is a stunning dress from U. K. brand Whistles. It is in a hue perfect for late summer or fall and features a classic polka dot print throughout. It zips up the left side and is fully lined. It has a 'v' neckline with a ruffle along the neckline and cascading down. The sleeves are slightly billowed and words really just can't do it justice! It is in excellent condition and was probably just used briefly for photos. It originally retailed for $659 and is no longer available. It is a U. S. 8 or a U.
