This dress tag says size 4 but previous owner altered it to fit like a 0-2 and I let it out as much as it could be which was not much at all but I’d say it fits more like a size 2-4. These are the updated measurements! 17 inch across the waist 14.75 inch across the bust and 31.5 inches long! I wore it for 1 hour! Beautiful dress with incredible detail!
