Whish Straight Skirt with Gathered Top, Women's Small

Straight skirt with gathered accent at waist, diagonal pleat at hip (not a pocket), falls just below knee (I'm 5'3"), flattering form fit through hips. Hidden zipper on black, faux slit on back. 97% cotton/3% spandex. I purchased new from Mink boutique in Portland, OR, but never wore. Tags still on. Looks like Whish interior label can be easily removed for a smooth finish on exterior (see image). Excellent new condition from a smoke-free home.
