Whirlaway Frocks Blue Floral & Paisley Prairie Dress With Shoulder Pads!

Elegant vintage 80's blue floral dress with paisley design and a double lace trimed collar by Whirlaway Frocks. Dress has shoulder pads and lovely pearl-like buttons. The size on the tag is 16. I'd say L to XL + because of the stretch. Elastic waist band and it would have had some sort of belt originally but doesn't anymore. There is good stretch and I think a variety of people could wear it. I think this would be a great dress for Halloween! 100% polyester and made in the USA! Let me know if you have any questions!
