Whiple Dress Tunic Lagenlook Unique Collar 3 Pockets Baggy

The unique collar of this dress resembles petals of a flower. Several layers of fabric create each petal. The fabric covered button placket is slightly to the left creating unique look. There are 3 pockets all on the front with a hidden one in the front seam (I have card placed in it to show.) The tags are in Japanese so I cannot read measurements or fabric content (it feels like a cotton blend.) Please see photos for measurements.
