Whimsygoth maxi skirt

Lie flat measures about 20” but stretches to about 28” I just couldn’t physically take a picture of that without someone’s help lol (tagged a 4x ?) Like a key lime green? With pretty embroidery and button down the front. The top button whole is a little stretched so there’s a safety pin.
