Whimsy White and Blue Flower Dress

Beautiful dress perfect for picnics and dates. Bell sleeves and slim waist and flaring skirt at hips. Found at a vintage shop. A bit too bright colored and doesn’t fit with my wardrobe so wanted it to go to a loving home! It’s a medium technically but fits me and I’m a small. Excellent condition, no flaws
