Sheer, velvet disco top. Definitely #whimsigoth vibes Held together with buttons on the front. Is a purple shade, with the last two slides being closest to the true color. Is vintage but I’m not sure of the year. At least 90s. Was my great aunt’s (in her 80s). Brand is Monsoon. Is a size 4 and fits an XS-S
