Whimsical Neutral Bohemian Burlap and Lace Tie Waist Tunic

A perfect example of vintage 90s whimsical bordering on witchy khaki linen and lace top. Complete with flower and pearl embellishment in the front center of bodice. Wear it open and loose or tie the waist tight for a more fairycore style. The size and material lable has been washed clean. Likely was intended for a size large, but if you remove the shoulder pads, it will accommodate a wide range of styles. If you are 5'4" and under, it'd work beautifully as a mini dress.
