This metal candle holder in the shape of a house has a sign above the front window that says books library. It looks as though the building has been wind blown. There are small spots of paint loss over several places on the house. Mr Cat on front has suffered paint loss to his face. There are some rust spots where the paint has come off the item. The house is a little over 9 inches tall and the base is about 5.5 x 5.5 inches. The candle circle in side is about 2 inches wide. rdkt Hi, I really like this cute Book Library as I just retired from teaching as a school librarian … but concerned about the chipped or missing paint mentioned on cat face. Are other paint issues very noticeable on the rest of the building? Is this something that can be colored in with markets or not? Thanks for your kind help …

almsforthepoor @debbiewoodings Looking at this candle holder other than the cats face most of the paint chips are on the corners of the building and maybe could be covered but not sure you would want too. To me they kinda add to the piece. There are some holes in the screen on top of the house but they may be part of the design. To me you can tell a candle was burnt in it at some point there may be some light burn marks on the metal. The base around the house does have some paint loss and some rust. Thanks
