Whimsical Elastic Floral Dress from Francesca’s

This dress has only been worn about 4 times and now it no longer fits me. The ribbon straps were added after I bought it but can easily be removed if you want it strapless. The elastic is super stretchy and great for someone between sizes medium and large. The skirt is stiff and puffs out giving it a whimsical look. 🦄
