What exactly IS a share limit?? Why are we limited? How are we limited?

Why does Poshmark limit the number of times we can share while at the same time providing us with a bulk share tool? WHAT IS THE LIMIT? WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS? Why, when we use the sharing tool they have created and provide to Posh Ambassadors, do we get the error message that says "you've reached your share limit"? Or l(2nd to last image) CAPTCHA fails. How do we avoid "oversharing" if we don't know what the parameters are? We have stores on four platforms and do local work as well. We have invested a lot in Poshmark and are becoming increasingly disappointed in this abstract concept of a sharing limit. It actually limits exposure without any warning and impacts our sales. If there are rules that limit sharing, at least tell us what those rules are. We can't find anything anywhere on the Poshmark site and a Google search tells us we aren't alone. Others call it share jail. The answers we've received from Poshmark support is that they can't tell us what the limits are because "that information is proprietary." (SEE LAST PHOTO) What does that mean? Does it mean by telling us what our limits are, they are somehow giving out trade secrets? Where does that leave us?
