See pics, I stated clearly the bra had a lace PRINT, not real lace and buyer rated one star saying it's not a real VS bra and she thought lace was real! These are popular 3D lace prints so you can wear under a tshirt. Now I read that Poshmark doesn't allow me to dispute a negative review!! I'm a long time buyer/seller and this girl is brand new! Not right!

sisnaev I totally understand! Its aweful. It messes up your reviews! Poshmark should not allow that! Sorry to hear.

savinistashop @sisnaev - thx! I was pretty devastated that Poshmark told me they really don't care :-( I told the buyer she was wrong and provided proof and asked her to update her review but she's ignoring me.

savinistashop @teacher_mom - I think you may be right. Only love notes seem to show and those are just comments with a 5 star rating. It does affect my rating as a seller though. Poshmark recognizes and rates sellers based on several factors and this is one. Honestly I was just so offended when I made this. I even asked the seller to correct it but she ignores me :-(

abrazosybesos 1. I’m so sorry that happened. It also happened to me. I agree it prolly was that she is new. But she’s also not a seller. In my experience, people who are either, will be the ones who don’t understand how to evaluate a purchase. Then there are those who don’t care- which is awful. Unfortunately, this won’t change until POSH asks

abrazosybesos 2. asks for feedback on the buyer. Until then, this is what I do. I tell buyers that if they’re not happy with the purchase they need to: 1. Let me know ASAP 2. NOT to accept the purchase. This way they can’t rate me & POSH can get it worked out later. It’s the only option I see. Does anyone have any other solutions?

abrazosybesos I also block them. A bad experience like that from someone who’s not even considering your experience & explanations doesn’t deserve access to your closet. Please post her POSH name so we know. In the meantime, I’m on your side all the way.
