Wet Seal Royal blue jacket size small

Chic blue jacket with 1 button and faux pockets by Wet Seal. Ideal for everyday style. Size small. Sleeves have elastic to make them pull up. It does have some piling and maybe some snags. Not sure about the snags if that’s how it’s supposed to be or not. Bought it used.
