Wet Seal Minidress

Excellent condition, worn once for a birthday (in 2013). Washed once according to tag instructions, then it's been in storage. It's black with silver shimmer to the lace so it looks gunmetal in the pictures. It's super sexy with the scoop neck and low back with the fringe. Size small.
