Wet Seal loose hanging sweater vest is size XL. Sweater has no buttons. Front is similar to a cascading front but this smoothly goes down and around combining with the hem. Vest is a Heather gray color. Behind the neck there is some ruching. Sweater vest is sleeveless. Made in USA of 95% Rayon 5% Spandex. Armpit to armpit is 17” across front. Shoulder to hem is about 25”.
