Wet Seal Brown Dress with Cream Lace

Elegant brown dress with cream lace detail. Halter neckline. Perfect for casual outings. Women’s small brown dress with ivory lace at the midsection and halter top neckline. The dress is stretchy (I don’t know fabrics well, I’m guessing nylon but not certain). Purchased a long time ago but I never wore it. Excellent condition. Smoke free, pet friendly home, however all dogs are (hypoallergenic and non-shedding). Dress is from wet seal.
