Westwind Long Ruffled Peplum Burnt Orange Tunic Size 3X/4X

Westwind is a small business based in California that uses old stock fabrics to make new amazing clothing in all sizes! This tunic is super soft and stretchy. It is amazing and I just wish I liked sleeveless tops better. It is NEW WITHOUT TAGS. I got it, put it in my closet and never wore it because let's face it, I will probably never be a sleeveless person. It would look great with leggings or skinny jeans, or a cardigan in the fall. It is a very loose and flowy 3X and definitely would be a true 4X.
