They originally were the lighted kind, but the lights no longer work! They have easy pull on handles and moisture absorbent polyester cotton blend lining. There is the usual scratches over the vinyl but they are not seen unless you look very closely. You will have to get insole as I threw them away. Otherwise they are in good condition and still good water resistant boots. These originally sold at Walmart for $35. The color is blue, green and black. The material is PVC, or Polyvinyl Chloride, a versatile thermoplastic polymer known for its durability and flexibility, Size: 2 Length: 8 3/4" Width: 3 1/4" Make sure these measurements work for you!
