Westbury -The Toscany Collection Pedestal Cake Plate. Overall condition is excellent with light scratches on the top of the plate from use. No cracks or chips. It measures: 10 3/8" wide x 4 3/8" tall. All painting designs are in excellent condition with no issues. Please see photos. This is a very nice quality item made in japan. Thanks
