Midcentury Modern Westbend Bean Pot, MCM Container, Midcentury Utensil Holder, 1950’s Kitchenware
Vintage Westbend Kitchen Stoneware Utensil Crock With Lid .
Used but in very good condition. No flaws that I see.
No chipping or cracking.
Please look at all pics for further description.
This heavy-duty Mid-Century piece was originally intended as a bean pot. With lid. I think it is perfect as a kitchen utensil holder. In fact, with the measuring spoons and serving fork depicted on the front, it's practically insisting on being used for that purpose.
This stoneware crock has small brown flecks mixed throughout. There are no chips or cracks, and the image on the front has not scratched or faded. It is very sturdy.
Of course it would also serve soup, chili, fondu, and . . . oh yes, beans very nicely.
It measures approximately 22” in diameter at the base, 7” tall with lid and 8" wide.
