Very Good Condition Label is stained from use. The yarn is a multi-strand yarn and occasionally a strand will split from the yarn and create a tiny loop or fluff-ball - see last photo for example. Do not cut it off!!! Find some one who knits to show you how to gently move that loop to the interior. I knit and I discovered that there are some changes in the knit pattern stitch - see 2nd to last photo taken on the center of a sleeve near the top seam. Most people would not see these small changes in pattern, but this does occur especially in hand knitted items either as a mistake or to add/reduce stitches for shaping.
