Wendy Katlen Black Pleated Tank Top

This black tank top features a relaxed fit with scoop neck and vertical pleating. It has a flowy silhouette that can be belted to give a peplum waist. There are small belt loops on the sides that would fit a thin belt, but does not include one. size medium. Length from shoulder is approx 20.5”, from underarm 10”. New with tag, but does not have the price on tag. Material tag is also missing. Feels like silk. Color is black (may show lighter in photos)
