Weller Pottery "Malvern" Pattern Vase

This lovely vase in from the "Malvern" line, circa late 1920's to early 1930's. The textured surface represents the bark of a tree in a range of tan to dark brown colors with mottled highlights of lighter shades. The raised motif is dark brown stems or vines with shaded green leaves with a large unopened floral bud in yellow. The overall finish is a soft matt glaze. The vase measures 5 3/4" in height, 2 1/2" across the base and 3" across the top. The base is incised by hand, "Weller Pottery".
