saucy_moonchild @barbzbabz its toner for blonde hair, this cooling violet will give blonde hair a cooler silver tone if it's looking yellow // brassy. You just mix w wella developer & apply to blonde let sit a half hour & rinse, results last about a month or so depending on how frequent you wash & water quality
