heatherzullin @cjebert my apologies for your inconvenience. Im not sure why posh has not reached out to me in this matter? It should just be a simple exchange however the other recipient has accepted the shipment and rated it 5 stares. This may be confusing the situation, and my account is on vacation mode as I am on vacation which could also be why they haven’t reached out to me as of yet ?
