followme73 @tlbutterfly I have reached out for help from a few ladies but haven't heard back. I don't know who to ask and need advise please... I purchased an item and the description was very general. After I had paid for it she told me it had holes in it. It arrived and it has bleach stains, the cuffs are stained and the top and bottom are two different colors. (It's a jumpsuit) Bottom is very faded. She didn't disclose any of this on the description. Can I open a case to get my money back?

tlbutterfly @eobando73 yes absolutely I've do e that there is an option bf you accept the order and tgen posh will ask for pics and as long as the item is clearly not as described they will answer you in about a day and send you a label to send it back when the seller gets it back you'll get your money. Please let me know if it works out!
